Chick Pea Stew

2 large cans of chick peas
1 can of tomatoes (or 4/5 fresh)
1 large Onion
3 potatoes
ginger-garlic paste
2 t – Turmeric; 2t Garam Masala; 2t Salt; 2t Coriander powder;

1. Oil + Cumin Seeds
2. Chopped Onions (till Brown)
3. + Tomatoes + Spices (till oil seperates)
4. 3 small cups water + potatoes diced (2o mins. low heat)
5.  + cooked peas (fierce boil then turn down, lid partially on.)
6.  + Cilantro (simmer 10)
7. Turn off heat (+ lid + 10 mins)
