			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>2 large cans of chick peas<br />
1 can of tomatoes (or 4/5 fresh)<br />
1 large Onion<br />
3 potatoes<br />
ginger-garlic paste<br />
2 t &#8211; Turmeric; 2t Garam Masala; 2t Salt; 2t Coriander powder;</p>
<p>1. Oil + Cumin Seeds<br />
2. Chopped Onions (till Brown)<br />
3. + Tomatoes + Spices (till oil seperates)<br />
4. 3 small cups water + potatoes diced (2o mins. low heat)<br />
5.  + cooked peas (fierce boil then turn down, lid partially on.)<br />
6.  + Cilantro (simmer 10)<br />
7. Turn off heat (+ lid + 10 mins)</p>
